What we can work on together
All services →Why it’s different
A researcher’s rigor, with room for faith
Dr. Plant is both a practicing clinician and a published researcher. He has co-authored 16 peer-reviewed studies, including randomized controlled trials, the gold standard for testing whether a treatment works. That background shapes every session: treatment is chosen for its evidence and tailored to you.
Dr. Plant’s research and training →CBT
Change the thought and behavior patterns that keep anxiety and depression going.
ACT
Make room for hard thoughts and feelings, and act on what matters to you.
A plan built for you
Treatment targets what keeps you stuck, instead of a one-size-fits-all program.
Christian integration
Faith brought into treatment when you want it, held to the same clinical standard.
Two ways to start
Use your insurance or pay privately. Either way you get the same care.
Using insurance
In-network with Aetna and Optum, which manages mental health benefits for many UnitedHealthcare plans. You pay your plan’s copay or coinsurance, and we verify benefits before your first session. Other plans →
Private pay
$200 per 50-minute session. Nothing is billed to insurance, so no diagnosis goes on an insurance claim. Coaching is private pay.
The book
